Bellevue Cares
The Bellevue Cares Corporate Social Responsibility plan has a three-pronged approach to community outreach and serving the needs of our residents and their respective communities.
Through associate team building, we provide our associates with 16 paid hours each year to volunteer with a non-profit. Volunteer opportunities with on-site teams across a region help build relationships, connectivity, and trust within the organization. Individual service hours allow employees to give back to organizations and support issues that they care about.
It is important for us to give back to the communities within which we reside. Community engagement builds relationships with service providers and builds a reputation with civic leaders.

The Service Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on their assigned property. The Service Technician maintains and improves operating condition, quality, and integrity of all building systems and building appearances.

Leasing professional
Location: On-Site, Friendswood,
The Leasing Professional is responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
