Since inception in 2016, Bellevue Living has owned and managed 15 multifamily communities with nearly 5,000 units under management across the Sunbelt including communities in Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta.

Household formation rates are booming at over 1.5 million per year, far surpassing the rate of home construction causing a large percentage of newly forming households looking to rent instead of own. This surge has resulted in an hospitality-centric Class A product type that provides residents with impressive amenities, high-end interior finishes, and open floor plans perfect for the modern-day renter.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Utilizing our own internal property management team, Bellevue Living can achieve ideal economies of scale in operating and maintaining properties. By using direct labor, we can control costs and maximize profits on each investment. We’re also able to create additional revenue streams through our service offerings and appliance rentals. These strategies create value and optimize NOI for each investment.
